This was a proposal for the Atlanta Arts Festival and spin-offs... which didn't fly. The idea was to get a long list of
Atlanta artists to design a piece of clothing for the high art clothes line, made oversize in vinyl .... these are part of
the proposal. The washerboard was to be painted on the asphalt below the "clothes line".
