Stevens Seaberg had a troupe of changing characters, in the late 70s, who would create happenings out in public, as the Seaberg Skeleton Theater. Steve would often wear a top hat and this was a spin-off of that. I saw posters promoting the events, was reminded of Herman Hesse's books, sought them out and joined in the fun.
