Center is an old school house with a fine auditorium REM used for one
of their music videos. Artists who had exhibited during that timeframe
were invited to be in the show. Lisa Reynolds (now Lisa
Reynolds-Hammett) was invited back from Virginia to curate this show.
Lisa chose these found object paintings and I liked the way they were
installed, using those sculpture stands. I thought it'd be interesting
to show a detail here of the Let Sleeping Dogs Lie painting in a
finished & unfinished state. Odd that I never thought to photograph
more of my paintings as they developed...guess I was involved in making
them, anxious to finish.
