I
admired Herbert Creecy's paintings (& later sculptural
objects),
spent some time drinking beer with him and enjoying his outrageousness.
The title is a playful homage to him. I didn't believe one could get
the effects with acrylics that he did until I saw his work &
these
two little paintings were done in one of his styles. (upside down again!) One's called Herb, the other Creecy.
