I gifted
this to Dan Basso in exchange for helping us re-roof our house in 1983.
Later his then-spouse returned
it in
trade for another she preferred. So it's back home. We did a lot of
figure drawing and painting in art school so
that I
think is where this came from... plus maybe the San Francisco school of
figuration.
