Double Portrait(s) oil on canvas, mid/late 80s... My friend

Ruesing sent me these photos, portraits of his in-laws & kids
which
I didn't remember doing until he sent them. They're all in Hawaii now
but NY when I did the paintings. Joe has taken up digital photography
on a serious, exhibiting level. I was with him in Hawaii in
the
early stages of his photo career. He was showing a gallery owner a
photo of a waterfall and a tourist walked in and bought it on the spot.
His work has gotten much more abstract and photo-shop inspired.
