Just relentlessly seeking new color, new images... this is from a slide which has black
tape on the sides, an attempt to clean up my lack of pristine cropping... or maybe it's
black marker. I tried that too. Eventually I tried prevention, setting the shoot up so the
painting was already cropped with a background, usually black. My focus was the
Painting. I was impatient with other, distracting, aspects of the job. All this is moot now that
i've learned I can crop the images in a computer program.
