This one has a second view, a detail, below (scroll down). One of the things I like is the interaction between
linear configuration and background color....excited about painting, distracted by laundry day. Looking at the top area just now I was projecting the word Chicago into it... and remembered I entered an exhibit competition in Milwaukee once, a long narrow painting with my name signed on a blank canvas, filling the whole space. I was told that the jurors smiled but rejected it.
