back  Sandler Hudson Gallery © 1992 Tom Ferguson  These are 2 shots of what Sandler Hudson called the Niche Gallery and another near the reception desk where Isabella was hung near a small version of Dark Lock & 2 word paintings. The smallest paintings in the niches I did especially for this exhibit. Jerry Cullum wrote a review of this show for the AJC (1/28/92) .... my thought on which: I mean, I was glad to just get the coverage, regardless of what it said but I couldn't have hired someone to do a better review.  I ran across it years later and was impressed ...  he absolutely understood the work.

Howard Pousner explained that he was being sent to Barcelona to cover the Olympics. He insisted to his
editor that he hadn't been writing much so he needed to brush up, maybe do some art reviews...which
is how I came to get even more AJC coverage (1/19/00), a photo of me in front of the row of
full length fictional portraits, posing in my theatrical-with-tails coat & daughter (then six) leaning against me. Howard
even put in some of my hot political jabs.  Artists complain about the dearth of coverage & here I am getting two prominent stories.
