This commission series felt good, both to me and the client. That's rare for me with commissions. What the client "wants" is the challenge one
has to struggle to meet but when it goes well, voila! The best of course is when the client generally is sympathetic to your work so just trusts you to come up with something for them. Even better is if they just buy something already existing. They don't have expectations to meet since if they like the work, there you are, it's finished, ready to go.
