Old friends in Escanaba, Michigan. Larry & Joann have a keen
interest in the arts & have contributed mightily to Escanaba's
cultural milieux. They own several of my paintings including this
cityscape I snapped on my last visit to their place. In 1969 I shifted
from
interiors to cityscapes. I was living just down the alley to the left
about 5 houses, in a rear bungalow. Each day I'd walk until something
struck me and I'd set up my makeshift easel and paint. So this is probably only the 4th or 5th one.
