The Arts Festival at Piedmont Park exhibited selected rejected
proposals. Mine was a High Art Clothes Line. I had agreements from
various artists to create "clothes" for the "clothesline" out of vinyl.
The proposal included painting the scrub board on the pavement below
the line (scroll down). Would have been fun to do.
